1.⁠ ⁠What is VBS?

Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a short-term Bible-centered program for children and teenagers, usually conducted during school holidays.

It includes:

• Bible teaching

• Worship & songs

• Games & activities

• Crafts & creativity

• Character building lessons

Purpose:

To help children know God, grow spiritually, and develop Christian values in a joyful and engaging environment.

2.⁠ ⁠Whom is VBS for?

VBS is mainly designed for:

• Children (Age 4–12)

• Teens / Youth (13–17)

• Sometimes open to community children (including non-church background)

3.⁠ ⁠Where is VBS conducted?

VBS can be organized in:

• Church buildings

• Parish halls

• School campuses

• Community centers

• Mission fields or village areas

• Homes (small-scale VBS)

4.⁠ ⁠When is VBS conducted?

Usually held during:

• Summer vacation

• School holidays

• Duration: 

• 3 to 7 days

• 2–4 hours daily (morning or evening sessions)
